Return shipping is easy! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Service Center via phone (02 9905 6380) or via email (info@gotoddler.com.au). A friendly Customer Service team member will take care of the details. Your return may then be dropped off at any of thousands of Australia Post drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.
